Autumn Equinox Blue Lotus Ceremony

We warmly invite you to join us in ceremony, to celebrate together the passing through the sacred portal of the astrological moment of autumn equinox.
This moment represents a stillness between light and dark, where day and night meet as equals—before the balance tips, and we begin our slow descent into the darker half of the year.
During the autumn equinox, we are showered by an energetic balance between the yin and yang aspects, due to the fact that the Sun is above the celestial equator and the day is equal with the night. This generates a state of perfect harmony between the two polarities, between the feminine and masculine and creates the necessary conditions to achieve the state of sacred balance
This turning of the wheel invites us inward.
To welcome stillness and contemplation
To honour what has grown.
To harvest and gather what is ready.
To release what no longer serves.
This moment represents a great lesson for feeling the rhythm of the Earth in your own body—between action and rest, fullness and emptiness, holding on and letting go.
Since ancient times humans have gathered to celebrate these great passages of time throughout the year, and so we will gather in ceremony to mark this shift. To reflect on the journey of the year so far, and to listen deeply for what’s ready to fall away.
As part of our ritual, we will integrate savoring of Blue Lotus tea—a gentle yet powerful and deeply elevating mystic plant, known for enhancing intuition and inviting us into dreamlike, lucid spiritual states of awareness.
Together we will:
• Contemplate the energy of the Autumn Equinox
• Share Blue Lotus and journey inward through meditation and guided ritual
• Harvesting – honouring the gifts and lessons of this cycle so far
• Plant intentions for the darker months ahead: seeds of rest, trust, contemplation and vision
