Being a man in today’s world proves to be more complex than we acknowledge and far more than we care to admit.
Since time immemorial, brotherhoods of men passed down from generation to generation the fundamental principles and guidelines of masculinity intended to forge the harmonious and powerful development of the masculine – a healthy masculine presence in service for the good in the world. This was needed not only because awakening the masculine nature requires understanding and training, but primarily because this process is a result of conscious evolution.
In this weekend workshop you will be given the opportunity to begin the challenging journey from where you are now to a state of inner centering, where you can find your true confidence as a man by awakening consciousness and purpose in your life.
Learning to find one’s center as a man will become the greatest gift we as men can offer to the world, because only from this place we will be able to act from the heart and be in true service for the world

About Thomas Orboe
Founder of T.O Consult and professional mental and performance coach with a background in military training, personal training, and various health therapies. He is also a yoga and tantra teacher and has guided many men’s groups over the years. Over the past 15 years, he has honed his skills as a coach, while also nurturing a deep passion for outdoor adventures and bushcraft.As a coach, he specialize in breathwork and holistic high performance. He believes that genuine fulfillment comes from maximizing our potential in every aspect of life. This conviction is the reason he has committed himself to help others to reach the next level, whether in their personal lives or professional careers. In today’s fast-paced world, the need for a peaceful yet high-performing mind has never been more crucial. Finding perfect balance and pushing beyond limits requires finesse and an artful approach. It is his mission to guide others through this transformative process, helping them create a life of fulfillment and success in all areas of life, integrating spirituality into daily experiences.
